Everett Philharmonic Music for the Imagination Concert

This family friendly concert, under the baton of Dr. Paul-Elliott Cobbs, gives the audience a chance to use their imagination and participate with the orchestra. Opening with the theme from 2001: A Space Odyssey (Also Sprach Zarathustra by R. Strauss) will set the concert off with a bang. Another Strauss, Johann, wrote the Beautiful Blue Danube which follows. The Concerto Grosso #1 by Bloch will follow with a concerto TBA by the EPO concerto competition wiinner. Tchaikovsky's Symphony #4--Scherzo and Finale rounds out the program. Finally the audience gets to participate on Leroy Anderson's Sleigh Ride. After the concert, the audience is invited to .meet the instruments up close and personal. Tickets are $20 each; $10 for children 5-18 (under 5 free); 4 or more tickets are $10 ea.
