Waterfront Place

There’s an exciting new development underway in downtown Everett.

Soon, residents and visitors will get to enjoy more of one of downtown Everett’s most beautiful spaces – the waterfront.

On January 21, 2015 the Everett City Council gave the green light to the Port of Everett's new, $360 million mixed-use Waterfront Place development.

The project includes 15 public gathering spaces, up to 660 housing units, two waterfront hotels, at least 10 fine and casual dining restaurants, and 662,000 sq. ft. of commercial, retail and marine sales and services.

The first phase of the project is called Fisherman’s Harbor. This phase will include 204 apartment units, a 120 room hotel, five commercial buildings and numerous retail and waterfront restaurant spaces.

The public will also be able to enjoy a continuous public trail, floating activity barges, a dock walk for visitors to get down to touch the water, a large park that will pay tribute to Everett's international seaport, and a small boat course.

It’s just another way downtown Everett is becoming an even better place to live, work, and play.

For full details on the project, visit the Waterfront Place website.
